If you aren’t a fan of my add ins, substitute with your favs such as raisins, almonds and so on…
* optional* Vanilla protein powder mixed in with your Greek yogurt. I thought cinnamon might be good too!

Something I realized when cleaning up my diet, you don’t need all these crazy ingredients to make something taste good!
Slice two small apples into bite size pieces.
Add 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt.
1/4 cup craisins
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
