HEALTHY Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies


These are the best smelling cookies! My mouth waters every time I smell them cooking in the oven! They are perfect for a quick on the go breakfast too!

You will need

1  and 1/3 cups of almond flour

2 cups rolled oats

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbs cinnamon

4 liquid stevia drops

3 egg whites

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup maple syrup (sugar free)

3 tbs melted coconut oil

1 cup raisins


♥ In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and stevia together.

♥ In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, vanilla, and syrup.

♥ Pour your wet ingredients into the dry ingredient bowl. Fold in your raisins.

♥ Bake for 8-10 minutes at  350 degrees. Don’t overcook or they will harden when you take them out to cool!
