Skinny Girl Chicken Feta Bake


I wanted to share with you guys one of my husbands chicken recipes.

  It’s too easy to get burnt out on chicken when you’re trying to stick to a meal plan. People think to be healthy and lose weight you have to eat the same boring foods over and over.


Make a larger batch for leftovers throughout the week. This recipe is perfect for crackers, on a salad, stuffed peppers, in a sandwich or pita and so on! You get the idea!

Who would have thought 3 simple ingredients could make such a flavorful dish!
I find it interesting that I don’t like feta or dill by itself, but together… Amazing!

You will need…

Chicken breasts or tenders



How to…

♥ Cook chicken to medium with whatever flavor you like. (Medium because you will be cooking the chicken more in the oven

 ♥ Cut chicken into small bite size chunks and place in your lightly sprayed baking pan.

♥ Sprinkle feta crumbles on top and season with dill weed.

Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes or until it gets a nice golden color.

Remove and let cool before serving.
