♥ You need a base!
Decide if you want milk, water, tea, just ice, you pick!
♥Add your protein!
Protein powder or greek yogurt.
♥Throw in fruits and veggies.
Some of my go to ingredients are berries, frozen bananas, spinach and spinach but the options go on and on. Don’t forget about mango, pineapple, peaches, apple, kiwi, sweet potato, and beets! I add spinach to make my smoothies thicker in consistency but keep the same taste.
♥After those core ingredients, you can add in your extras!
This includes peanut butter, flax seed, sunflower seeds, almonds, coconut flakes, chai seeds and many more!
It’s not required but if you must, you can go ahead and add a sweetener. Try using honey, stevia, agave, or any sweetener you have on hand.
