I loved eating brownies growing up and was thrilled to know I could indulge eating brownies again without feeling bad about it! If you find yourself throwing away bananas because they are getting old, try using them in recipes like this instead!
This recipe is also great for those who are gluten or dairy sensitive. It’s free of flour, dairy, soy, sugar and egg products. Not to mention extremely low in calories compared to your traditional brownies!
GUILT FREE Banana Brownies!
♥ 2 small ripe bananas
♥ 3 tbsp ground flax seed
♥ 4 drops stevia or sweetener of choice
♥ 1 tsp baking powder
♥ 1/2 tsp baking soda
♥ 2 scoops BPI Chocolate Brownie
♥ 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
♥ 1 Tsp vanilla extract *OR chocolate extract if you have it!
First put your bananas in a blender or food processor. Pour into a large mixing bowl and blend in remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes and allow to cool before cutting.
