No gym necessary folks! Mother Earth is your gym and comes at no cost! Use nature and your resources around you as your fitness playground! There are countless excercises and bodyweight movements that can be done outdoors.

I love getting active outside because it’s mentally more enjoyable being out in the sunshine and allows me to switch up my routine so I don’t get burnt out.

All you need is to set aside 20 minutes and get it done!

Just 20 minutes out of your day! I did a circuit of squat jumps, push ups and sprints.
