Banana Bread Protein Muffins!

I love keeping these in fridge for a quick snack, devouring before a workout or crumbled on top of my yogurt and oatmeal!

So tasty and hit the sweet spot cravings just right!


Your Goodies

1 ripe banana

1  cup old fashioned oats

1/4 cup raisins

 1 scoop vanilla protein

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

1/4 cup walnuts


Preheat oven to 350

In medium sized bowl mix all ingredients until smooth. This might seem impossible at first but once you get the banana mashed, they will absorb and stick everything together.

Lightly spray your mini muffin tin and add a tablespoon of batter for each muffin.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.

Don’t forget to keep an eye on these bad boys while baking! Protein can be a little finicky !
