Ohh, ladies and gentlemen! This one is a doozy!
Any sense of my portion control went right out the window!
They are that dang good!
Why go out and pay for something you can make in your own kitchen!
Especially when you can be in complete control of knowing exactly how much and what you’re putting in your body.
My family knows I’m obsessed with Japanese sweet potatoes but since I can’t find them anywhere!!!!! These russet potatoes will have to do.

Himalayan pink salt and coarse pepper to be exact!
Clean and wash your potatoes, slice into desired shape, season and bake!
The trick is to coat your pan with nonstick spray and also spray a light coat over the fries! You could coat them with coconut oil if you prefer. You need to constantly flip and move your fries around every 10-15 minutes.
We baked ours at 375-400 for 45 minutes or so.Bring the heat down and bake for longer if you want them to be a little crispier. Be careful not to burn!
You can do this with sweet potatoes as well.
Enjoy!
