Peanut Butter Coconut Balls

This recipe was highly asked for after posting a picture on my instagram.  My coworker Lauren (who’s a fellow foodie and loves fashion! Follow her on latest fashion trends and tips on Facebook or on instagram Instagram!) brought these in and they were a total hit!

So here you are ladies and gents!

Make your taste buds happy!

♥ 1 cup rolled oats

♥ 2/3 cup of toasted coconut flakes

♥ 1/2 cup peanut butter

♥ 1/3 cup flax seed

♥ 1/2 cup chocolate chips

♥ 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

♥ 1 tbs via seeds

♥ 1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix all together and form into bite size balls!

Store in an air tight container!
