The BEST Chocolate Protein Brownie Bread!

unnamed

This bread is everything to me! I’ve put it on my top three favorite sweet cheats to make! What makes it even better, is how easy it is! I found this recipe on pinterest and have been obsessed ever since. You can be creative with your toppings and ingredients such as peanut butter chips, walnuts, raspberries, coconut flakes and so on!

I’ll take slices to work to snack on, crumble pieces on top my oatmeal, throw some in my shakes to thicken it up, or heat up in the microwave with a scoop of yogurt/icecream on top. YUM!

I also bring this to parties and get togethers quite often so I won’t be tempted to eat any other sugary sweets calling my name. I’m at a point where I’d rather have this than a real brownie. What does a real brownie even taste like anymore? I couldn’t tell ya! You will mind blown how delicious and healthy these are!

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup PB2 or any powdered peanut butter

2 tbsp. cacao powder

¼ cup stevia1

1/4 tsp. baking powder

2 egg whites

1/3 cup plain greek yogurt

2 Tbsp. sugar free maple syrup

1/4 cup peanut butter chips and chocolate chips

♥ Whisk together your eggs, syrup, and greek yogurt.

♥ In a separate bowl, mix together your dry ingredients, protein powder, almond flour, PB2, cocoa powder, stevia, and baking powder.

♥ You want to pour your wet ingredients into your bowl of dry and combine until a batter is formed.

♥ Pour your batter into a lightly sprayed mini loaf pan and top with your chocolate and peanut butter chips or any other desired toppings! Bake in the oven at 325 for 30-35 minutes, being sure the center is cooked through.

Remove and allow to cool!

TIP*

Keep an eye on your bread!

The recipe calls for 20 minutes baking time, but since I like mine on the softer side, I will leave in the oven for 12-15 minutes, then remove from the oven to cool.

    1. I really like universal nutrition because of the way it bakes! I also really like BPI protein powders. If you want to buy BPI let me know so i can give you a coupon! If you don’t have protein powder subbing cocoa powder is fine too!
