WINNER WINNER, chicken dinner!
These are too good not to make a post about!
As these were being prepared, my husband and I kept going on and on with all the different seasonings and combinations to try with this recipe!
♥ italian parmesan
♥ lemon pepper
♥ spicy buffalo
♥ garlic
♥ chili lime
(including wet sauces like honey mustard and barbecue!)
The video above is how we made our skinny chicken dippers. We used regular eggs but don’t hesitate to use 1/2 egg and 1/2 egg white combo for the batter.
You will need two mixing bowls and a pan. In one bowl add your seasonings of choice. The other bowl add your egg wash mixture.
Keep your chicken as tenders or cut into bite size pieces. Dip your raw chicken into the bowl of egg then into the bowl of seasonings. Make sure you get a nice coat. The seasoning is what makes the texture nice and crispy.
Place on a lightly sprayed pan and bake at 300 for 10-15 until golden brown and completely cooked. Different ovens will vary!
