These are so good! I had to stop myself from eating all the batter!
You will need:
◊1 cup peanut butter (I used half regular JIF and the other half chocolate JIF whip!)
◊ 2/3 cup honey
◊ 1/2 cup coconut oil
◊ 2 cups old fashion oats
◊ 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
◊ 1/2 cup chocolate chips (adding peanut butter chips would be good too!)
◊ 1/2 craisins (or raisins)
◊ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Melt your peanut butter, honey and coconut oil in a medium-sized pan.
In a large bowl combine the rest of the ingredients.
When your chocolate sauce is melted and warm, pour into your bowl of dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly to form batter.
Lightly grease your pan or line with tin foil before placing batter in.
Leave in freezer for 2-3 hours!
This is what it will look like when it is hardened and pulled out of the freezer.
Cut into any size bar you like!
Store in freezer, wrapped in tin foil to enjoy at any time!
