Holiday Peanut Butter Protein Cookie Crisps!

Ohhh yes!

This one is for all you peanut butter lovers out there!

This recipe is so easy a caveman can do it!

You will have the sweet aroma of peanut butter filling up your home and a satisfying treat to follow!

Ingredients

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter JIF whip

 1/3 cup oat flour

3 teaspoons honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 tablespoon water

sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

♥ Preheat oven to 350 degrees

♥ Mix your peanut butter, honey, water and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl.

♥ Add your oats, baking powder, baking soda and add to the peanut butter mixture. Blend all ingredients together.

♥ Form your dough into bite size cookie balls and place on lightly sprayed parchment paper or a cookie sheet.

♥ If dough is still too dry, add small amounts of water at a time.

♥ With your hand, press down and flatten the tops of  your cookie balls.

♥ Add sprinkles.

♥ Bake for 7-9 minutes.

♥ Let cool for 5-10 minutes so cookies can set and harden into their crispy texture!
