Yep! You guessed it, I’m currently obsessed with mug cakes! But what’s not to love?!
They’re just too easy and delicious to make!
♥ Ingredients ♥
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tbs coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 baking soda
♥ Toppings ♥
Dollop of light cool whip
♥ Instructions ♥
Mix together all of the ingredients.
Pour into a lightly sprayed mug or small cereal bowl
Place in the microwave for 25-35 seconds. Keep an eye on it! Depending on your microwave you might need to keep it in longer or a little less! If you aren’t sure, try microwaving for 15 seconds at a time. I like mine a little gooey in the middle so a little over 30 seconds was a perfect amount.
Remove from the microwave and flip over onto a plate or dig right in!
Don’t forget your whipped cream!
