1 tbs cocoa powder
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder. I used chocolate chip from Universal Nutrition.
1 tbs almond flour
1 tbs almond milk
1 tbs vanilla greek yogurt
1 egg white
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
*sweetener of choice* I used liquid stevia drops.
Lightly spray a mug or small bowl.
Add your milk, egg whites, yogurt and sweetener if it’s a liquid.
Blend in your cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Keep in mind everyones protein and microwave is different. Put your batter in for 1 minute. Add another 30 if it’s still undercooked. You can also set your microwave in increments of 20 seconds till you reach a minute. Allow to cool. Don’t forget using protein makes recipes cook/bake faster so keep an eye out!
