This recipe is too good to be true! These light and healthy chocolate brownies are very easy to make and will take little time to prepare and bake! If you want more of a dense brownie, leave them in a little longer.
3/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt (I used vanilla for extra sweetness!)
1/4 cup almond or cashew milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup rolled oats (old fashioned)
1/2 cup stevia sweetener
1 egg white
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
*optional- 1 scoop of chocolate protein*
Combine all of your ingredients in a medium bowl. It’s not necessary but if you want to make things easier, blend your ingredients into a food processor or blender.
Lightly spray a baking dish/pan and pour in your brownie batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. I use a convectional oven so my recipes heat up faster. If using a regular baking oven, bake for 15 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool.
