Breakfast Meal Prep Monday!

One of the easiest meal preps!
You can do this if you like your oatmeal hot or cold. I’ve been liking mine cold.
It goes down like a sweet treat for me!

Trust me, It’s very simple….

  ♥ 1 1/2 cups of old fashioned oats
♥ 2 scoops of protein powder of choice (I used Cellular red velvet cake batter. YUM!!)
♥ Stir in water until desired thickness is reached. If it’s a little watery, that’s okay, it will absorb and thicken overnight.

There you have it!
Now I have my oatmeal prepped for today and the rest of the week! It’s optional to add your toppings  now, such as berries, almonds, flax seed and so on, or you can do it the morning of.
I like in the morning so I can add different toppings each day. That way it doesn’t get boring!
