-3 small zucchinis
-low fat skim mozzarella shredded cheese
-low sodium pizza sauce
-any other toppings of your choice!
-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
-Cut your zucchini in slices. I was able to cut each zucchini with a medium thickness into 4 slices longways.
-place your zucchini slices on a non-stick baking sheet and add your toppings.
Bake for 12-15 minutes and remove from the oven. Add additional cheese on the top and place back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes or until everything is melted.
Let cool and have at it!!
