Skinny Vanilla Protein Donuts

Skinny Vanilla Protein Donuts

  • Servings: 4-6
  • Difficulty: super-duper easy
  • Print

INGREDIENTS

1 cup oat flour
1 scoop vanilla protein (I used BPI Vanilla Caramel)
1/4 cup sugar-free syrup
1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3 tbs egg whites
1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
2  tbs milk of choice (I used cashew milk)
1 1/2 tbs warmed light butter
1 tsp caramel extract (or vanilla)

Directions:
Lightly spray your pan and preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Combine your flour, syrup, baking powder/soda, and cinnamon in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the rest of  your ingredients until completely blended and smooth.

Pour your wet ingredients in with the dry and mix thoroughly.

Fill the dough half way in your donut pan. I used a spoon and lightly spread it around evenly. If your batter comes out really doughy, you can circle it around in pieces.

Place  into the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Keep an eye on these bad boys! Any time you use protein in your recipes, your goods will cook faster!

Remove from oven to cool before you devour!

I used this recipe as a template to customize into my own!
