LOW Calorie HIGH Protein PB&J Mini Donuts!

 

They are so cute and fun for everyone! I was able to fill up my donut maker twice.

As soon as the batter is prepared, your donuts will be ready in the blink of an eye! These are great if you are hosting a breakfast, a party or even as a snack for company you might have over!

Don’t forget to play around with your toppings for delicious donut combinations!

LOW calorie HIGH Protein PB&J Mini Donuts

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons cashew milk
  • 1 tablespoon PB2 (powdered peanut butter)

Toppings:

-Sugar free strawberry jelly

-PB2 added with water for the peanut butter sauce consistency


Get goin’!

1.)  Combine your milk, egg whites, and vanilla.

2.) Add in your protein powder, PB2, and baking powder.

3.) Pour batter into your mini donut maker and repeat until there’s none left.
