This recipe is one of my husbands creations with a banana pepper twist! I’m one of those people that believes you can put banana peppers on anything! If they aren’t your thing, substitute them with onions, raisins or a different veggie.
Chop up your favorite chicken salad fixins’ and place them into a large mixing bowl. We used even portions of each ingredient and added our greek yogurt to taste.
*OPTIONAL* Salt and pepper to taste!
It doesn’t get easier than that folks!
You can eat this as a side dish, for lettuce wraps, on top of a salad, a dip, or on top of crackers!
