I know how tempting it is to want to be lazy on Sundays! Just thinking of going back to work and Monday creeping around the corner is enough to make anyone want to curl into a ball!
Well you have two choices, your Sunday can be a day of rest or a day of sweat!
For me, I pick both! Hopefully you do too! Or at least the second option if anything!
The plan below is one of my favorites! I call routines like this the hit it and quit it workouts! They are quick, effective and allow me to be in and out, then off to enjoy the rest of my day!
