Here is a go to recipe for when your bananas start to brown.
With only 3 ingredients, its still very tasty!
Prepare to have your socks blown off due to how easy these bad boys are to make!
The cool thing about this recipe is that you can add additional ingredients to satisfy your taste buds!
I decided to throw in chocolate chips in my last batch.
Craisins would be good too but I’ll try that next time!
So let’s get to it!…
Here is ALL you need…
♥ 1 large ripe banana (or 2 small)
♥ 1 scoop chocolate protein
♥ 1 and 1/2 cup oats
*optional* chocolate chips
How To…
Preheat your oven to 350.
Mash your bananas in a medium sized bowl.
Add your protein, oats, and blend together to form a batter.
Depending on your protein, if your batter is too wet, add more oats.
Scoop out batter on a lightly sprayed baking pan.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool.
Cooking with protein can be tricky.
If your cookies look undercooked just be patient! As they cool your cookies will harden.
(I like some a little crispy!)
