Fit Tip #18 Fighting Back Your Snack Attacks!

Keep healthy snacks in your car! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been out and about running errands and found myself so hungry I would’ve eaten a small village! I would find myself staring at every passing drive thru, my mouth watering as I listened to food commercials on the radio and playing over in my head all the unhealthy options I was contemplating on eating!

Even if you fight the temptation to make a pit-stop at the first fast food restaurant or gas station in sight, you still risk the chances of eating everything you can get your hands on as soon as you make it home! Your mind can play tricks on you when you let your appetite take over. You need to be ready to fight back the hunger! I make sure to keep almonds and protein bars in my glove compartment. It’s a small thing to do but it will have a BIG impact!
