90 Second Chocolate Protein Cake! 

I eat this for breakfast every now and then when I get tired of my oatmeal. I can’t deny that I’ve made this late at night on impulse to satisfy my sweet tooth. This recipe is fast and can be easily customized.


1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder

1 Tbs. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1/4  Tsp. Baking Soda and baking powder (this will make it fluffy!)

1 egg white

2 Tbs. Unsweetened Almond Milk


Blueberries and almond butter, my fav!

*optional to add in sweeteners  

Mix together all ingredients to form batter.

Lightly spray your small bowl or mug and microwave for 60-90 seconds, depending on your microwave. I check mine every 30 seconds and move my spoon around the edges.

Eat and enjoy!!!
