- 1 1/2 scoops chocolate protein
- 2 cups sliced, frozen bananas(important that they are frozen first!)
- 2 tbs PB2 (this is powdered peanut butter that will cut down more than half the calories)
- 2 tbsp Almond Milk or other milk of choice
Put your frozen bananas in your food processor, let them sit for a couple minutes so they can soften up. Pulse a couple times until a creamy consistency is formed. You might have to remove the lid and push the mixture down and continue to pulse.
Add the rest of your ingredients and blend together!
Eat right away if you want more of a frozen yogurt texture, or place in the freezer for about an hour to indulge in a harder icecream-like consistency!
