Chocolate Protein Peanut Butter Freezer Bars!

 I love these for a quick snack or sweet treat! This is also a fun recipe to play with different ingredients!

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup peanut butter (I used half regular JIF whip and the other half chocolate JIF whip)

 1/3 cup honey

1/3 cup sugar-free syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup coconut oil

 2 cups quick oats

 1 scoop Cellucor protein powder ( this is what made the flavor so good if you ask me!)

1/2 cup craisins

In a small pan, melt the peanut butter, honey, syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.

Add the rest of your ingredients in a medium bowl and mix together.

Pour your peanut butter sauce in with the dry mixture and blend thoroughly.

Line a pan with foil or wax paper and flatten your batter out with a spatula.

Place in freezer for an hour or until hardened.

Cut into square shaped bars and store in an air tight container!
