Fit Tip #16 Breakfast Indulgences 

Have a mean sweet tooth or carb craving??
Get it out of the way early on and bump your consumption of cravings up to morning hours. This will give your body all day to burn it off. It’s no secret to why I look forward to breakfast every morning. Breakfast means peanut butter!! The love I have for peanut butter should be illegal! It’s better to eat your guilty pleasures in the morning rather than late at night!
