HEALTHY Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies


You will need

1 2/3 loosely packed almond flour

2 cups rolled oats

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 sweeter of choice (I used Stevia)

3 eggs (or sub for egg whites)

1 tbs cinnamon

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup maple syrup (sugar free)

3 tbs coconut oil

1 cup raisins

-In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and stevia together.

-In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, vanilla, and syrup.

-Mix together the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
