Fit Tip #10 Get Fit In A Flash!

Two words… FLASH CARDS!

In an earlier post, I mentioned how easy it is to get yourself in the gym on rest/low intensity days while taking care of business and personal matters at the same time.

However, you can’t let those tasks stall your workout. More than 75% of my plans come from my phone through email, screenshots, my notes or Pinterest boards.

This can be a time eater and a distraction if you let it! When you use your phone as a source for daily plans, you are constantly scrambling around on your phone. You will find yourself unlocking your phone every couple of minutes to change your music, searching through notes and emails, and so on. Your phone is also a place where constant alerts, calls and text messages will be chiming in. But stay FOCUSED! 


Using flash cards will decrease the use of your phone and help you not depend on your phone. and stay focused! You can map  your week on flash cards so you are ready to roll. No dilly-dallying ya’ll!
