Breakfast Bowl Of Energy

When I was younger I rarely ate breakfast. If a meal was skipped, it was always breakfast! Now, my day would be all out of whack without it! The best part about these bowls, is that you can make them different every time so you never get bored of having the same thing!

  • 1/4 cup of old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 medium banana
  • Dollop of Greek vanilla yogurt
  • Handful of berries
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter

I personally don’t like hot oatmeal. I microwave my oatmeal for one minute the night before in a small plastic bowl snd let it sit overnight covered with a napkin or you could place in fridge.

Depending on your goals, your measurements of oats will vary. I use 1/4-1/2 a cup of old fashioned oats and pack in my yummies!
