These are great when you’re in the mood for something crunchy or getting tired of your every day shakes and protein bars.
This recipe couldn’t be easier!
♥ 3 cups of Rice Chex cereal
♥ 3 tablespoons coconut oil
♥ 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
♥ 1 scoop cinnamon roll protein powder (vanilla is fine too!)
♥ 2 tablespoon cinnamon powder
*optional* Add a sweeter if you want more of a sugary taste.
1.) Put your Chex in a medium size mixing bowl.
2.) Melt your coconut oil in the microwave and mix in your vanilla extract.
3.) Pour this mixture in with your Chex. Be sure to stir it all together to give your cereal a nice coating.
4.) Add your protein powder and cinnamon into the Chex bowl.
5.) After you’ve mixed it all together, place your cereal on a lightly sprayed baking sheet and bake on low heat until golden brown.
Leave in longer if you like them crispy!
Try adding some of your other favorite ingredients to customize into your perfect snack!
Next time I’m going to add almonds, raisins and flaxseeds!
