You know what time it is! Sweat it out Saturday!

Quick circuit workouts are perfect when you’re pressed for time or have a jam packed weekend. Get your workouts done fast and keep it moving!

After I blast through this bicep burn, off to lunch, Home Goods, and Bed Bath & Beyond, maybe Home Depot, if we have enough time! (Not really Home Depot, just added that part because I’m a huge fan of the movie Old School.  Will Ferrel is the best!)

high incline 5 minute walking warm up

dumbell bicep curls x 15

tricep dips x15

treadmill run for 3 minutes

dumbell hammer curls x 15

push ups x 15

treadmill run for 3 minutes

shoulder press x 15

plank 45 seconds

treadmill run for 3 minutes

repeat 2-3 times
