
Ingredients
2 cups broccoli florets
3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup parmesan
1 egg
1/3-1/2 cup egg whites( start out with 1/3 and add a little more if mixture is too thick)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Let’s begin!
Preheat to 375ºF.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Mixture should resemble a thick pancake batter.
Pour batter into a mini muffin tin. Recipe will make 24 mini muffin “nuggets.”
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
Allow to cool.
