Peanut Butter Protein Oat Bars

Another protein favorite!

This recipe can be used to make ball sized bites as well.



1/2 banana

1 cup rolled oats

1 scoop vanilla protein

1/3 cup JIF whip peanut butter

2 tbs flax seeds


♥ Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and form into bars.

♥ Place your bars on a tray with parchment paper or in a large air tight container.
