TGIF!!!
Eat your veggies y’all!
One of my most asked for recipes, the satisfying cauliflower pizza! Who doesn’t love pizza?! If you were also born as an 80s baby and grew up on pizza like me, then your relationship with pie of deliciousness is already strong! To be honest, I make this different almost every time.T his is one of those recipes you can be creative and play with. Your topping preference and baking time will differ as well.
Break up your cauliflower into chunks. I use mostly the florets and store the stems for later or give them to my pet bunny Pearl (yes I have a little bun bun!). Pulse your cauliflower pieces in your food processor until it forms a rice-like consistency. I usually do this step in thirds to be sure I don’t overload my processor. Place the blended cauliflower in a bowl and microwave for 10 minutes to soften.
Add your eggs, cheese, and spices. Coat your pan with cooking spray before placing crust inside. I’ve used different types of pans but stick with a rectangle shape. Place your crust in your pan. If you don’t have a pan large enough, you can use two.
Once my dough is ready I will bake for 20-25 minutes (depending on how crunchy or thick you’d like your pizza).at 425 degrees.
