Combination of two popular classics!
Chicken and Pizza!
Gluten free
Crust free
Low sugar and sodium
This recipe creation came from my husband.
As soon as I smelled what was coming from the kitchen, I immediately had to know what was going on! This is a MUCH better alternative to pizza with triple the amount of protein. You can skip the carb overloaded crust too!
Instructions:
Large chicken breast; butterfly breast, season both sides and sear. Chicken still needs to be raw after searing.
Stuff chicken with favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, cheese, veggies); Cover in marina.
Bake on 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Let cool and devour!
