Raspberry Benefits

raspberries

I’m a huge raspberry fanatic! I use raspberries in my oatmeal, salad, yogurt, ice-cream, smoothies, on top of rice cakes, as a late night snack, you name it!

Raspberries are packed with nutrients and yield a low sugar, low carb content. These factors make raspberries your ideal snack food! On top of that, they hold high antioxidant, anti-Inflammatory, and anti-cancer benefits. Raspberries contain extremely low sugar and have been said to boost metabolism when ingested, not to mention they are highly packed with vitamin C and fiber!

Eat them fresh, frozen, or dried!
It’s a good idea to store them in the freezer for later use if you won’t be eating them right away.
