Fit Tip #6 Why I Chew Gum During My Workouts

Try chewing gum during your workouts! I chew gum when I do intense cardio or treadmill circuits. I’ve never been a good runner but for some reason, gum helps me with my breathing! Chewing gum will keep your mouth moist and you might find that it gives you a little kick of energy!
