Skinny Fat Girl

Hey y’all! I’m Heather Thibideau from Jacksonville, a thirty-something licensed esthetician, self-taught makeup artist, and certified eyelash extension specialist who loves creating and thinking outside the box. I’m a huge family person, a deep-belly laugher, animal lover, football game goer, and a mermaid at heart.

On top of all that fun stuff, I’m also a food and fitness fanatic! My purpose for this blog is to inspire others on their rocky—but rewarding—road to better health, while keeping their sanity along the way. I’m here to share tips, tricks, and real-life motivation to help you stay fit, feel your best, and enjoy the journey.

Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here!
