Better Than Wendy’s! Low Calorie Food Processor FROSTY!

unknown-3unknown-6

This recipe is quite the hype in my household!

If you’re like me and addicted to a ridiculously high priced health food, such as Arctic Zero, you’ll save yourself a lottttttt of money!

Trust me! All of those $5 pints add up fast!

Plus, it’s a great feeling indulging in treats you know 100% what the ingredients are!

My husband started sneaking into my stash so I had no choice but to start making ice trays with half cashew milk for me and the other half regular milk for him.

Below are two of our favorite recipe creations.

The first one we wanted to try right off the bat was a chocolate peanut butter!

Chocolate Peanut Butter

1 full ice cube tray of milk choice

3 tbs chocolate powdered peanut butter (PB2)

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

1 tbs JIF chocolate peanut butter whip

Sweetened with liquid stevia drops!

I can’t tell you the last time I had a cold, creamy Wendy’s frosty but the consistency of these are pretty darn close!

The best part is creating different flavors to satisfy what your taste buds are craving! You can go salty, sweet, or fruity!

I’ve been craving all things cookie dough. When this happens I normally make raw batter out of chick peas. You can find that recipe here.

Without any cans of chick peas left I remembered my BioTrust protein cookies I  keep on hand for a quick grab and go!

That brings us to our next frosty flavor!

Cookie dough!

1 full ice cube tray of cashew milk

1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

2 tbs mini chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla extract

1tsp butter extract if you have it

sweetened with liquid stevia drops

1/2 of a crumbled up cookie (add this last after everything is blended)

So all in all, you need frozen milk cubes and a food processor!

That’s IT!

I’ll leave the flavors up to you!

Others we love are Strawberries N’ Cream by simply blending in frozen strawberries and a little bit of vanilla Greek yogurt! The other is a randitjon of Cinnamon Toast Crunch with a little stevia, vanilla protein powder, dash of sugar free syrup and cinnamon!

Talk about a guilt free frosty!

It doesn’t get any better than that folks!

Enjoy!
