I can’t believe it’s already been a year!
Starting this blog was for those around me who were tasting my goodies, watching my fitness transformation and wanted to know how I did it!
I thought it would be an easy and quick way for people to go to a webpage and find my recipes and fit tips. This blog has developed and turned into something more than I could have imaged and I am so blessed to have received all the love and support that I have!
